The 3rd Key overall responsibility is to assist the Store Manager in leading an exceptional guest and employee experience that drive key performance indicators (KPI) results that maximize store performance. As part of the overall role, performance is based on 3 major areas of responsibility: People, Product, and place. A passion for customer service, relentless can do attitude, ability to connect with a team, outstanding communication skills, collaborative, energetic and engaging. Retail Business comprehension, or previous retail experience is a plus.
