Position	Description


Assistant Store Manager Osh Kosh B Gosh	The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and the team in all aspects of the retail location. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the total operation. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure positive interaction with and amongst our customers and employees, solid presentation within the store through effective merchandising, signage and cleanliness, flawless execution of all initiatives and staffing with top talent in order to drive the business forward. Requirements Qualified candidates must posses 1+ years of retail store management experience with a proven ability to successfully lead all aspects of the store environment in the absence of the Store Manager. Additional requirements inlcude the driving sales, merchandising, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, ability to supervise and direct associates, function productively with minimal supervision, and most importantly servicing the customer.
