We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Store Manager at our Niagara Falls, NY location.  As the Store Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store by assuming total store accountability for sales, profitability, and loss prevention.  Ensure a complete shopping experience for our customers, which involve product knowledge and personal assistance. 

The Position Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Maintain the highest level of store presentation standards. 
• Hire and develop staff to provide excellent customer service. 
• Opening and closing store.
• Marketing to help promote the business and obtain new accounts.

• Previous management experience required and retail experience preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate employees.
• Computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Flexible work schedule; open availability needed.
• Some heavy lifting and ability to stand during the majority of shift.
